What we collect

This website does not ask you for anything. It has no forms, no accounts, no advertising, and no third-party tracking. We do not use cookies to identify you.

Our web host records ordinary technical information when a page loads, such as an IP address and browser type. We use this only to keep the site running and secure.

When you call or email us, we receive whatever you choose to tell us. If you ask for financial assistance, we will ask for the information we need to make a fair decision, and we will tell you what that is before you send it.

How we use it

We use what you tell us to help you, and for nothing else. We use contact details to reach you about your request.

Who can see it

Only the volunteers who need it to do the work. We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your information with anyone else for their own use.

We may share information if the law requires it, or with your permission — for example, if you ask us to speak with a clinic on your behalf.

We never publish your name, your story, or your photograph without asking you first and getting your agreement in writing.

Donors

We do not sell or trade donor information. If you would rather not be listed or thanked publicly, tell us and we will not do it.

Seeing, correcting, or deleting your information

Write to info@tonyroserangers.org or call (901) 229-4337 and ask us what we hold about you. You can ask us to correct it or delete it, and we will, unless we are required to keep it.

Keeping it safe

We limit access to the volunteers who need it and keep records only as long as we need them. No organization can promise perfect security, and we will not pretend otherwise.

Children

This site is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top.
